Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 7, 2026
AI Halloween Video ("we", "us") runs the website at aihalloweenvideo.com. This policy explains what information the site handles and why. The short version: you can read the site without an account, but making a video or photo needs one. The photos you upload go to Replicate, the service that runs the AI models, only to make what you asked for, and we keep them and what is made from them only as long as the "AI tools" section below says. Your account holds your email address, your credits, your purchases and what you made, and you can delete it all from your account page.
What happens when you use our tools
To make a video or photo you sign in, then upload one or two photos. They are sent to us and on to Replicate, which runs the AI models and sends back what they made. How long we keep your photos and the results, and who can see them, is in the "AI tools" section below. Your photos never go into the page address.
If you choose "Larger text", your browser remembers that choice in its local storage (under "text-size") until you turn it off. It never leaves your device.
Server logs
Our site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.
Your account
You can sign in to AI Halloween Video with a link we email you. We never ask for a password. If you sign in, we keep your email address and when your account was created.
For each device you sign in on, we keep a session: when it started, and the IP address and browser it started from, to keep you signed in and to help protect your account. A session ends when you sign out, or after 30 days without a visit. Signing in sets a cookie that holds the session's key; it is strictly necessary to keep you signed in, and it is not used for tracking or advertising.
A sign-in link works once, for 15 minutes. To stop abuse, we count sign-in requests per email address (stored only as a one-way code) and per IP address, for one hour. The sign-in form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from automated programs: it runs in your browser, and Cloudflare processes information about your browser and device to do so. See Cloudflare's Turnstile privacy addendum.
Your account page shows the email address your account uses. You can delete your account there at any time: that removes your email address and your sessions from our database at once.
Emails we send
We send you an email only when you ask for one, such as a link to sign in. We send it through Resend, which receives your email address and the message in order to deliver it and keeps delivery records for a limited time. See Resend's privacy policy. We send no marketing or other mail you did not ask for, and we do not share your address with anyone else.
Payments
When you buy something on AI Halloween Video, you pay on a checkout page run by Stripe, and the sale is made by Link, Stripe's service that sells our products for us as the merchant of record. You enter your payment details there, not on our site, and we never see or store your card number. Stripe processes your name, email address, billing address and payment details to take the payment, prevent fraud and meet its legal duties, under Stripe's privacy policy and Link's privacy policy. Link emails you the receipt and invoice for each purchase.
We keep a record of each purchase: what you bought, the amount and currency, when, whether it was refunded or disputed, and the IDs Stripe gives the payment and you as its customer. We use it to give you what you bought, to handle refunds and disputes, and to list your purchases on your account page, which also opens Stripe's billing portal for your receipts, invoices and saved card. To stop abuse, we count the checkouts your account starts, for one hour.
Your purchase records stay as long as your account does, and deleting your account deletes them from our database at once. Stripe keeps its own records of your payments for as long as the law requires, such as for tax, as its privacy policy explains.
Your credits
If you have an account, we keep your credit balance and a history of every change to it: what added or used credits, how many, and when, including credits set aside while a task runs. We keep them as long as your account exists, to show you your balance and history and to handle refunds and disputes. Deleting your account deletes them.
AI tools
When you use one of AI Halloween Video's AI tools, we send what you enter (such as a prompt and the settings you choose) to Replicate, which runs the AI model on its computers and sends back what the model made. Replicate processes it under Replicate's privacy policy and removes it from its systems after an hour. Do not enter anything you do not want an AI model to process.
We keep what you entered and what the model made (images, video, audio or text) for 7 days, so that you can see and download them, and so that we can take the credits each use costs, or give them back if it fails. Then we delete them. Only you can open the results: each link works only while you are signed in to your account, and only for 1 to 2 hours. Deleting your account deletes what you entered and the results at once. To stop abuse, we count the uses your account and your IP address start, for one hour.
Photos you upload for a tool are sent to Replicate the same way, for each step of the tool that uses them. We keep them in our storage only while they can still be used: until the result is done, or, for a result you can remake once for free, until you remake it or for 7 days. If the tool fails, or you delete your account, we delete them at once. We never use your photos for anything else, and never share them with anyone but Replicate.
When a tool that takes minutes has finished (or could not), we email you at your account's address, with a link to the result. It is the one email the tools send you without your asking, and only once for each use.
Changes we make by hand
If one of our staff changes your account by hand, such as adding or removing credits, we keep a record of the change: what changed, the reason, which of our staff made it, and when. The reason shows in your credit history. We keep the record as long as your account exists, and deleting your account deletes it.
Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful and how fast they load. On each page, your browser loads a small script from Cloudflare, which then reports the address of the page and of the page you came from (both without the part after "?", so your tool settings are not included), how long the page took to load, and your browser and operating system type and version. It does not use cookies or local storage, and Cloudflare says it does not fingerprint or track individual visitors. We see only totals, such as visits per page. See Cloudflare Web Analytics for details.
Cookies and advertising
The only cookies on the site are the sign-in cookies described above, and we do not show advertising. If we add advertising in the future to keep the site free, we will update this policy before it goes live, explain what data it collects, and ask for your consent where the law requires it, such as in the UK and EU.
Children
AI Halloween Video is a general-audience site, not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and we delete any account we learn belongs to one.
Your rights
Your account page shows the email address your account uses and lets you delete the account at any time, which removes everything it holds. If you email us, we use your message only to reply, and we will delete it on request. Residents of the UK, EU, Canada and US states with privacy laws can contact us about any privacy request, including a copy of the data your account holds.
